Lovely views and comfortable little house. Well stocked kitchen with everything I needed.
Easy access to NW Zealand and all the sights.
As the main bedroom faces east it gets the sun rise which is lovely but that and the street light outside did make the room very light. Blind really only blocked out the glare.
Meant a disrupted sleep and early wake up.

The location and the terrace are the best about this place.
The idea of having one bed room in the bottom floor and one in the first floor makes good to have 2 small families or one family where the kids can have own room
The beach near the villa is amazing
It was not clear that there are 2 villas at the same place
There was a spider in the locker but it is okay for me

Magnificent sea view, ample space for all family members, amenities for all that you can need, sauna is a plus, clean, close to many restaurants, cafés, and bars. Would definitely want to return. It was my husband's favorite in this trip.
Note that you may have to live with some spiders and insects that appear at night, but then that's part of nature.
