El apartamento está nuevo y muy limpio, está bien equipado y no muy lejos del centro
Que es un segundo piso sin ascensor, y no esta avisado en el anuncio, un dato bastante importante. El techo es bastante abuhardillado y al ser tan blanco no se percibe bien la altura y hay que agacharse. F

Limpieza y todo nuevo.
El colchón incómodo para tirar. Está hundido. El agua caliente tarda mucho en llegar y no muy caliente. El aire acondicionado no sube de 22 grados. Y para subir por la escalera la luz se apaga antes de llegar arriba
