Our stay at City Park Inn Hotel in Baku was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality, kindness, and professionalism.
The entire team was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their excellent customer service truly made our stay comfortable and stress-free.
The room was spotless, well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and the overall cleanliness and comfort were exceptional. Every detail was up to the mark, making us feel right at home.
We had a great experience and would highly recommend City Park Inn Hotel to anyone visiting Baku. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. We look forward to staying here again!

Location of the hotel is like 400M from fountain square but the hotel staff is professional

Non cooperative staff. Bad behaviour from restaurant manager. They charged me for not mentioning the kids even though the same room was given
