L’endroit est idéalement placé. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la maison. Les petits chats trop mignons et très câlins. Place de parking ombragée dans le jardin.
Un petit manque d’isolation avec la porte qui sépare les deux habitations (on entend tout). Dans une sdb, il manque une vitre supplémentaire pour éviter les éclaboussures à l’extérieur, ainsi qu’une vmc (pas mal d’humidité)
