Vista mozzafiato con tramonto sul mare e bel terrazzino. Monolocale piccolo ma carino, accogliente e ristrutturato da poco. Parcheggio presente e molto utile dato che è indispensabile muoversi in macchina a Valona. È sempre presente una persona che abita lí per ogni esigenza.
Unico neo è la doccia che non è separata dal resto del bagno poichè non c’è un piatto doccia, quindi l’acqua allaga un po’ il bagno ma comunque è utilizzabile senza problemi. Segnaliamo che c’è un breve tratto di strada sterrato e molto in salita.

Abitazione grande e accogliente, vista meravigliosa
L’abitazione è un po in collina ma dista solo 5 km circa dal centro, l’unico problema è che per arrivarci ci vuole almeno mezz’ora a causa dell’eccessivo traffico in strada. Quindi se si pensa di essere a due passi dal centro sicuramente ad agosto non sarà così :(

Vue et extérieur : Superbe vue face à la mer depuis le balcon, avec des couchers de soleil remarquables.
Accueil et propreté : Accueil très chaleureux et souriant de la part du gardien. Logement parfaitement propre.
Stationnement : Présence d'un parking gratuit (bien que présentant des contraintes d'accès, voir ci-dessous).
Confort et espace : Surface exiguë pour deux personnes dans ce qui est présenté comme un appartement. Équipement minimaliste.
Nuisances sonores : Bruit important de la rue très passante située en contrebas et climatisation bruyante.
Accès et stationnement : Accès difficile à la plage. Stationnement compliqué et peu adapté au nombre de véhicules (places exiguës pour manœuvrer).
