Overall, it was an excellent property. The facilities were maintained well, and everything was clean. The area is pretty quiet and safe.

While the host was friendly, the communication was very minimal. Several times I asked a question or had a follow-up and there was no response. They refused to connect with me via phone or Whatsapp. It wasn't the end of the world, but if something came up, it would have been difficult to communicate.

The property is situated in a backstreet so you are not bothered by traffic. That is a really good point. It is very generous in space and a 10 to 15 min walk will get you to breakfast and dinning places. The house is nicely decorated.

If you are in Bangkok as a tourist and want to see all the classics then this is not the right place to stay. It took us a minimum of 45 min to reach any site of interest and by the end of the day with office traffic up to 70min. I would recommend to stay in this house only if you have business in the area. The other issue was the loudness of the ac in the bedroom. There are three bedrooms in the house. I slept in the one giving over the street and I had no pb. But my husband who is deaf, couldn’t sleep with the ac on because it was too loud. My mother sleeping in the other double bed bedroom was also disturbed.
