If the beach is not your concern in Elyu, then this place is great, situated near the new diversion road, so less traffic to get to the place. The bay is still quite a distance away. Parking is available in front of the unit or in the lot beside it. The area feels very safe too.
Since this is a loft, the stairs are a pain to get up and down, it was very steep. Though the area feels very safe, the locks on the main door was not working, the front aluminum even locked can just be pulled open. We just had to bring our valuables with us when we stepped out to eat.

We stayed here over the New Year and had a great experience! The place was exceptionally clean and very affordable, making it a high-value choice. It’s fully equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, and all the utensils we needed to prepare our meals.
The location is strategic and the community is very friendly and welcoming. There is free parking (which was a huge plus!), I’d recommend having a private car to get around easily.
The space was just right for the three of us, though it can feel a bit cramped if you have a lot of luggage. Also, because of the layout, I wouldn't recommend it for seniors. Overall, a lovely stay for a small group on a budget!

GREAT LOCATION, JUST OUTSIDE OF THE CROWDED PLACE. THEY GOT COMPLETE KITCHEN ESSENTIALS, CLEAN BATHROOM, AND FRESH BEDSHEETS. CLEAN HOUSE OVERALL AND LOVELY AMBIANCE. THE HOSTS IS VERY EASY ACCOMMODATING.
Despite the great location, there were no internet connection in the area (no wifi, no signal). But the main problem was the extension cord which is the closest to the rice cooker and the portable electric stove. While using both of the rice cooker and stove, the extension cord lit up and exploded, when observed closer the wire was melted. This could have been very dangerous had I been closer to it. Should invest to more durable extension cord considering there’s no nearby wall socket for the rice cooker and stove.
