Perfect River Stay

Such a beautiful little gem on the Drin. The owners are absolutely wonderful and our room was just so comfortable. Walk around their yard and be amazed at the variety of fruit trees, grape vines and the amazing veggie garden. These people are great stewards of the earth. You can walk to the river in multiple locations. Their evening dinner menu is small but everything is very tasty. Allow an hour for your meal. The breakfast was very plentiful. Plenty of hot water and good WiFi.

Beds were a bit soft for us and could really use and upgrade.

If you want to be spoiled by delicious local cousine, you have to stay here!

We loved absolutely everything here - our hosts who took good care of the us, our room with everything we needed, but the best was the delicious home-made food. We felt spoiled. 🫶 Our host cooked everything by herself, the breakfast was enormous and we ordered dinner there, which was so much better choice than going to a restaurant. They also have a lovely garden where the guests can relax at the end of the day. I also have to mention that they picked us up from the ferry terminal and also brought us there next day, since we didn't travel by car. Thank you so much for your hospilality! I will definitely recommend to stay here, it looks so much better in reality than on the pictures.

Perfect location for shala river boat + very kind owners.

Super nice owner who coocked dinner for us when we came in very late. Drove us to and from the shala river boat tour (for free). And gave us coffee and a bottle of own made wine for free. (Offcourse we left some money for all this kindness. Room clean, bed comfy.

Excellent place to stay

The owners - fantastic people. The ones you want to hug when you go away, also after staying just one night. In the morning, we saw how beautiful the place is, there is a garden where you can disappear and hide from the sun, the house is very cozy and lovely. The breakfast was delicious, made by the owner herself. And it is 5 min drive from Komani lake fairy stop.

The only thing that was a bit hard to do was getting into the bathroom. The doors opened to inside and there was very little space to move into and out of the bathroom. Although when you were in the bathroom and closed the door, there was enough space.

Best BnB in Albania!

Aryan and Mathilda are absolutely amazing hosts. They made us feel so at home and went above and beyond to look after us. By the end of our stay, it felt like we were staying with friends. Amazing hosts of this beautiful guest house

Me and my friend had a lovely stay in the guest house. We had amazing breakfast and dinner prepared by the host. After the first night the husband drove us to catch a ferry on shala river and picked us up as well, it was nice that they drove us there because the parking is difficult. Would recommend everyone to stay with these kind, lovely people.

The pool was a bit cold, but that was nice in the heat. The road to Koman is not very well maintained, so think in advance if you go by car or take a bus.

Relax, away from crowds but still nearby the boats

Top location. Right at the dam of koman lake where all the boat tours & ferry are. The host was super friendly & helpfull. For a more than reasonable price she will cook you any meal you want, and she is a good cook. All with vegetables out of the garden. The swimming pool was basic, but was so nice to be able to have a refreshing swim. Very nice garden & terras to enjoy the quite surrounding.

A beautiful spot with lovely people and amazing service.

The staff was so friendly. Mathilda and her husband sure know how to make people feel at home. The service was great and we had one of the best meals so far. Homemade and everything fresh, including the red wine from their own garden. We even could leave our car at their property when we left for an overnight stay at Lumi I Shales.

Visita lago Koman

Alojamiento en Koman para hacer el crucero por el lago. Llegamos por la tarde para hacer el crucero al día siguiente. Las habitación sin ser bonita era amplia y cómoda, cumple de sobras. Los dueños son muy amables y se ofrecen a reservarte el paseo en barca por el lago, ademas te llevan con su coche y te recogen al volver, así que puedes dejar tu vehículo en el camping, perfecto. El desayuno estaba bien.

Nous avons adoré nos hôtes, leur gentillesse et le cadre verdoyant autour de leur maison ! Les repas étaient généreux, savoureux, cuisinés avec les légumes du potager et de la pêche matinale dans le lac. La piscine est rafraîchissante. Ce lieu familial est fantastique !

Top locatie, super eigenaren en service, had graag beter willen slapen

Locatie en de eigenaren. Super Locatie, uitzicht, en de eigenaren zo vriendelijk. Staan voor je klaar en willen alles voor je doen. Rijden je naar de boot en alles is goed. Ook eten maken in de avond en ontbijt, goede service.

Het tweepersoonsbed waar we op sliepen is echt aan vervanging toe. Slecht geslapen, hard bed en harde vering. Zonde. Weet niet of dit ook in de andere kamers is, maar als je de bedden vervangt is het echt een 10. Maar goed slapen is ook belangrijk.

Bonne guesthouse et bon repas

La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable. L'hôte était extrêmement agréable et aux petits soins et la nourriture et les petits déjeuners sont excellents et très copieux et un tres bon rapport qualité/prix. N'allez pas manger ailleurs. La guesthouse est plutôt agréable et l'endroit joli. Randonnées à faire dans les parages

La piscine était trop froide pour se baigner et les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. Petit détail : nous avions la chambre qui donne sur la piscine et un voilage aurait été apprécié pour ne pas laisser les rideaux fermés toute la journée (visu avec les autres personnes)

Incroyable!

Les hôtes sont incroyables! Un couple qui a lancé ce petit guesthouse seulement cette année, et tu sens leur envie de bien faire, de s’investir e pour que les clients se sentent bien. Leur gentillesse fait tout l’expérience! La cuisine maison à des prix bien plus abordables qu’aux restaurants de la zone - les légumes et les œufs viennent du jardin, le pain est fait main tous les matins et arrive à table encore chaud, le vin rouge est également maison… que demander de plus! Les chambres sont simples mais propres et soignées, le jardin avec une vue sur le lac est très agréable et bien aménagé.

Uitzonderlijk vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. De eigenaresse spreekt goed Engels. Er is geen officieel restaurant, maar wel een menu waaruit je kan kiezen. De huisgemaakte gerechten zijn vriendelijk geprijsd en heerlijk. Verwacht geen luxe, maar eerder huiselijk met warme sfeer. Men regelt kaartjes voor boottochten met betere prijzen dan online. Ook wordt je door de eigenaar gebracht en gehaald naar de haven. Dit scheelt je de zoektocht naar parkeerplek en de kosten. Het zelfgemaakte zwembad biedt heerlijke verkoeling! Absolute aanrader!

De badkamer van de familiekamer is wel privé, maar in de gang.

Mycket bra och trivsamt boende

Jätte trevlig ägare som lagade jätte god mat på egenodlade grönsaker och såg till att vi fick skjuts till färjan. Vi fick dessutom med oss en matsäck som lunch på våran utflykt. Rummet var bra storlek och rent. Vi kunde också låna hennes tvättmaskin och bestämma vilken tid vi ville ha frukost och middag.

Läget var bra om man ska åka färja men det finns inte så mycket mer än det att göra tyvärr. Utsikten från boendet var fin förutom att det låg ett vattenkraftverk precis bredvid.

Začali letos, doufám, že jim takovýto entuziazmus vydrží dlouho a hosté budou vstřícní a solidární.

Majitelé byly skvělí hostitelé a milí lidé, myslím, že jsme odjeli z místa s tím, že jsme si udělali nové přátele. Pokrmy jako snídaně a věčeře byly lokální/tradičně albánské - zelenina, sýry, maso, víno, jogurt a byly skvělé. I ledová kávička ;)

Heerlijk diner in de mooie tuin aan het water.

We kregen een warm hartelijk ontvangst met fruit uit eigen tuin. Leuke plek met mooie tuin bij het water, De kamer was schoon. De gastvrouw heeft s avonds heerlijk traditioneel gekookt voor ons en er was zelfs een menukaart. Ook heerlijke eigen gemaakte wijn. Ontbijt was prima op.zijn albanees dus eenvoudig. We hebben nog een rondleiding gehad door de tuin. Erg aardig, jong stel met allemaal leuke plannen voor hun accomodatie. Wij zouden zeker teruggaan maar deze accomodatie!

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Wir wurden sehr liebevoll aufgenommen. Zum Abendessen bekamen wir sehr leckere traditionelle albanische Gerichte (sehr feine vegetarische Auswahl) und ein schönes Gespräch mit unserer Gastgeberin. Auch das inkludierte Frühstück ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig.
