A little paradise right on the beach of Kalyves Polygyrou – that’s the best way to describe our stay at Voutia. The location is simply unbeatable: just a few steps separate you from golden sand and the gentle sound of the sea. The moment you open the door, you can practically walk straight into the water – a feeling of freedom and lightness you won’t forget anytime soon. The apartments themselves are another highlight. Tastefully designed, modernly equipped, and yet with a warm Mediterranean atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. Everything you need for daily life is there – along with those little extras that make all the difference. A true gem is the terrace. The view of the water almost reminds you of the Caribbean – turquoise, wide and endless. Enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine here is an experience in itself. We spent countless hours on the terrace, often just marveling at the beauty of this place. The surroundings are just as perfect: restaurants with authentic cuisine, small grocery stores and bakeries for everyday needs are all within easy reach. If you love good food or just want to grab something spontaneously, this is the place to be. Another reason our stay felt so special were the hosts. So welcoming, helpful, and always available – you feel at home from the very first moment. There are times when you can tell that people do their work with genuine passion – and this was clearly the case here. We stayed with our little son, and he felt comfortable right away. For children it’s almost like a tiny leisure paradise – playing on the terrace, building sandcastles, or simply discovering the world by the sea. For us as parents, it was pure relaxation to see him enjoying his time so wholeheartedly. All in all, Voutia is a place I can wholeheartedly recommend – whether for families who want to spend valuable time together, or couples looking for peace, closeness to the sea, and a touch of romance.

I recently stayed at this property during my vacation, and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the place was exactly as described – clean, well-maintained, and beautifully furnished. The location was ideal – close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The amenities provided made the stay extra comfortable, including [insert any notable features: e.g., a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, cozy linens, etc.]. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the hospitality of the host. They were friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect.

We will come back

Voutia is the best place in Kalyves, house is on the beach. Everything inside is brand new, apartment is spacious. Bed is comfortable and big. You will have all what you need. View from balcony is priceless. Katerina is very welcome and communication with her was excellent. This is first place where we want to come again. And on the greek: pernáme kalá kai tha xanaérthoume tou chrónou. We recommend Voutia for everyone.

Excelent. Locația la malul mării, cu acces direct din terasă. Liniște și confort.

Locația este poziționată excelent. Vederile prezentate în Booking, sunt reale, dar nu se aude zgomotul produs de valurile care se sparg la țărm. Această locație nu are micul dejun inclus în preț. Sunt 2 taverne, una mai modernă amplasată la circa 50 metri de locație, și una la circa 150 metri cu specific local, unde se poate servii masa. Acestă locație are acces la internet, și rog să se consemneze acest fapt (în prezentarea din booking, se specifică că locația nu are interne). În baie este amplasată și o oglindă cu sistem de încalzire, antiaburire.

Wspaniały obiekt prowadzony przez wspaniałych właścicieli którzy przywitali nas winem, lokalnymi oliwkami i oliwa :) widok z okna na morze zapiera dech w piersi! Obiekt czysty, pachnący, nowoczesny, super WIFI które łapie też na plaży :) Parasole na plaży i leżaki bezpłatnie dostępne do każdego apartamentu :) Pokochaliśmy to miejsce! Polecamy zarówno dla singli jak i dla rodzin z dziećmi. Pozdrawiamy właścicieli i dziękujemy za cudowny czas!

Разкошно място! Ново, супер чисто. Обзаведено модерно и с всичко необходимо - хавлия за баня и за плаж, ютия, кухня с: котлони, фурна, кафе машина, кана за загряване на вода, грил за сандвичи, прибори, чинии, купи и т.н., козметика в банята. Тв и WiFi. Собственичката е страхотна! В стаята ни очакваха комплименти: бутилка бяло вино, 2 големи бутилки вода, зехтин и маслини от собствено производство. Кафе Неспресо с повече от достатъчно капсули за престоя ни. Намира се на плажа - сградата е на пясъка. Имат собствени чадъри и шезлонги, които ползвахме безплатно. Тъй като има няколко сгради една до друга - плажът отпред е празен (свободна зона и без beach bar) и спокоен - с малко чадъри и посетители. Водата е кристално чиста! Има странична и предна тераса, с гледка към плажа и маси за почивка или хранене. През една сграда в съседство има разкошен ресторант. В селото няма нищо за правене :-) Това е важно уточнение към търсещите повече динамика. Има само още 1-2 ресторанта, 1 кафене с палачинки и сладолед и 1 плажен бар с малка детска площадка до него. На главния път - в края на селото, има още няколко заведения и голям супермаркет (на 6-7 минути пеша от централната част и плажа). Селото се състои от улички и къщи на по 2 етажа и се развива с доста ново строителство. Ако търсите пълен релакс (като нас) - плаж и вкусна ръка на една ръка разстояние, тишина и нищоправене - това е Вашето място за отсядане.

Die Lage ist atemberaubend, direkt am Strand mit eigenen Liegen, eine große Terrasse direkt am Strand mit Blick aufs Wasser, alles war komplett neu und extrem sauber, die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend! Bei der Ankunft erwartete uns eine Flache Wein und bei der Abreise haben wir Olivenöl und Oliven geschenkt bekommen. Nach 3 Tagen gab es Zimmerreinigung und Handtuch-/Bettwäschewechsel.

Initial am luat 6 nopti. In ziua 5 ne doream sa mai stam, asa ca am mai prelungit cu 2 nopti pentru locatia minunata si pentru faptul ca beietelul nostru de 1 an si 3 luni se simtea ca acasa. Ca si descriere zona este excelenta, cazarea super ok, linistita, moderna, camera spatioasa si extrem de curata. Proprietarii sunt foarte foarte amabili si prietenosi. Pentru orice ne stateau la dispozitie. Totul organizat, intim si linistit, am avut partea noasta de terasa, unde nu ne deranja nimeni. Plaja si marea excelenta, la fel cu umbrela si sezlongurile noastre! Super super ok pentru 1 familie si mai ales pentru copii. Clar o sa mai revenim! Recomandam cu mare intredere! Mai rar asa gazde care stiu sa fie oameni si pun accent pe cele mai mici detalii si nevoi! Katerina is the best!

1. Не понравилось что в букинге выставлены фото вводящие в заблуждение : апартаменты возле моря но столики для времяпровождения не у моря а возле дороги 2. Написано вид с окна но это полупрдвальное помещение с окнами выходящими на дорогу, где автомобили проезжают в метре от окна 3. Невозможно проветрить помещение из-за загазованости 4. У меня было 5 дней без сна. Постоянный шум от проезжающией техники , мотоцыклов и тому подобное

Przepiękny, czyściutki apartament na samej plaży :)) Apartament wyposazony we wszystkie naczynia potrzebne do zrobienia jedzonka, a nawet żelazko tam jest :)) Bliziutko 2 markety gdzie mozna zrobic zakupy :) Na plaży apartament ma też swoje leżaki i parasole. Plaża piaszczysto -żwirkowa, nie ma tłumów wiec mozna naprawdę odpocząć. Jestesmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i polecam w 200%. Katherina niezwykle ciepła i pomocna osoba
