Property manager was very friendly. She even texted on the morning of our check-in day and said we could already come to the apartment if we wanted to.
The place is not as new or clean as you see in the pictures. The bathroom is very old and filled with half used soaps and toothpaste and such from previous tenants. Bedrooms did not have any AC so the two bedrooms need to stay open onto the living room all night, so the place is really only suited for a family. The beds and sheets and pillows were old and we did not trust the cleanliness much seeing the state of the couch or the bathroom or the dirty cups and dishes stored inside the cabinets. Location is about a 20 min drive to the beach.
