Very nice property and easy access to the beach, save parking space, you can walk directly to the scale dei Turchi, perfect Location with a dog, Francesco was very helpful any time,
You might get an apartment on the first floor instead of the ground floor, which is also very nice

Lage direkt mit Strandzugang. Unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, da er im privaten großen abgeschlossen Grundstück frei laufen konnte und natürlich auch am Strand. Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Sehr große Terrasse von der man Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang sehen kann. Ich kann nur die obere Wohnung bewerten und die war für uns Top.
Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut, Bad ist nicht sehr groß aber war ausreichend. Es könnte mehr Toilettenpapier und Küchentücher zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Location was great! Right by the beach and very close to Scala dei Turchi. We loved that we could literally step out of the house right into the beach.
Three flaws:
- This is a ground floor small apartment by the beach. The bedroom is separated from the kitchen by a glass door and a curtain, which means there is a lot of sunlight from early morning
- The apartments are not sound proof and you hear steps and chatter from upstairs.
- If both apartments are using most appliances, the power cuts out. It took us a while to get in touch with the host and he hadn't given us clear instructions.
