Wonderful renovated apartment in a wonderful old house Great terrace Hope to be back one day

The design and size of the apartment, the cleanliness, the location, the facilities, the bed.

The communication with the company. We got through the front door but could not get to the apartment as the company didn't send me the code to open the door. I contacted the company but there was no response.The lovely and very helpful lady who works for U-nique and by luck arrived at the building to check another apartment, tried to help us and for 30 minutes kept calling different numbers, texting and emailing the agency but there was no response. By the time someone sent us the code, we waited outside the door for 45 minutes! Unacceptable. The company was aware of our artival time. This is the only complaint l have regarding the otherwise wonderful stay.

La verdad es que el apartamento es muy lindo y luminoso. Estaba bien ubicado, cerca de zona central, pero a la vez no se escuchaba el ruido de la calle, asi que se podia descansar.Recomendable!

Si puedira mejorar algo diria que las almohadas eran un pocoduras. Tambien tardaron un poco en responder al whatsapp para darnos las llaves. Creo que seria ideal saber de antemano como recoger las llaves, ya que no todos tienen internet cuando viajan

Almost all was good. A really nice design of the apartment! Really authentic. A good whereabouts. A radiator was useful at night when it got cold in the apartment.

I couldn’t get into the terrace. On the first day the door to the terrace wouldn’t open and I decided not to try further as I was not sure if I would be able to close it again after opening it. So not being able to get into a beautiful terrace was a pity of course but as it was not summer outside it didn’t really matter and we explored the city the most part of the days anyway. The door to the fridge closed only with a push but we got used to it. The floor is cold so bring the sleepers like we did and it would not be a problem.
