Location is close to Gachhibowli
Rooms are not clean especially linens, they are dirty and having marks on them. Breakfast was included in the booking but they don’t have breakfast at hotel, instead offered breakfast from outside with maximum value of 50rs per person.

the location
the parking provided-the basement is too tight to accommodate more cars. The lack of coordination between staff members. There were no toiletries provided we needed to ask them. The booking was made with breakfast inclusion but it was not provided as there was lack of communication within the management.
