Es el hotel más amable y generoso donde he estado nunca. Esta experiencia no se puede explicar, hay que vivirla.

The evening meal (extra) was delicious. The location (wider area) is beautiful. The property is stunning. Lovely pool.

The owners dog barked a lot and did a poo right by the pool. The rooms were very hot. There was a fan but it just blew about the hot air, no cooling function. We opened the windows at night but there were no big screens so we got eaten alive my mosquitos.

The location was beautiful, the gardens beautifully planted. It was generally very peaceful.

Synthetic bedding and foam pillows. No food available during the day (website says all day menu) not true. Chef left, without us knowing, for 3 days so no dinners either, Room wasn’t made up one day. Towels were never changed. Pool towels were meant to last all week. Only one available when we asked for more. Dinner small shared portions. Jugs of non descriptive wine on the table not bottles as per website pictures. Four random bottles on the drinks including Baileys. No gin, vodka, nice vermouth, ice or lemon available. No fresh milk for coffees, only on one day. Dogs swimming in the pool. No air con, not such a problem but would definitely be problematic in the height of summer. It had so much potential and was lacking in so many ways all of which could have been easily so rectified. We left before we were due to…
