Clean and you have everything you need. Apartment is new and you have also a private parking space. The owner is nice and wrote us to ask us if we need something, coffee machine with coffee pads and kitchen fully equipped. Info for families with small children: The location is not so close to the bus or to the beach, 10 minutes walking. So maybe take into consideration renting a car.
