+ großer Außenbereich und Pool + Küche komplett ausgestattet + Waschmaschine + freundliche und zuvorkommende Kommunikation mit dem Mietbüro + Strand zu Fuß auch mit einem Kleinkind super erreichbar ca 5min
- Im oberen Stockwerk gibt es nur eine Klima im Flur, aber hat für die 3 Zimmer auch ausgereicht - wenn die Klima in Küche/Wohnbereich an ist kommt ein unangenehmer Geruch raus
