Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación y el hecho de que tuviese ascensor que bajaba hasta el garaje. Muy cómodo!
La plaza de garaje es demasiado estrecha. Tuvimos muchos problemas para meterlo bien y sobretodo para sacarlo, ya que en cuanto otro coche aparque medio mal, no hay suficiente espacio para maniobrar...

La ubicación nos encanto, unas vistas hermosas, vistas a la montaña, zona tranquila y segura. También el departamento nos encanto, cómodo y confortable y la atención de Arkaitz, espectacular, atento y cordial

Amplio y cómodo para dos personas, vistas a la montaña. Parking con acceso directo al apto. Bien equipado con todo lo necesario. Televisión con receptor digital, netflix, HBO,…etc
Entrar a partir de las 17h y tener que salir antes de las 11… es algo excesivo uno de los dos horarios está disparado. No está a pie de pista como se indica en anuncio, hay que andar aprox 250m por la carretera, si está abiertos silla Reina Sofía y sino tirar de coche para ir al parking central.
