When we arrived we were not able to enter because the screen was locked and we couldn’t get to the keypad. It took several hours for someone to arrive to let us in. We had traveled from Wisconsin and we were exhausted. We were told that the first night would be credited back to us because of the inconvenience. However only $100.29 was credited back. The nightly cost is not $100.29. When we inquired about this amount we were told that there was a nightly cleaning fee and that Evolve and Booking.com needed to get a portion of that first night fee paid to them. We were the customers who were inconvenienced but were not totally reimbursed for that first night. We booked for 4 nights at a total cost of $1020.13. I was told the first night would be credited back however I don’t feel like $100.29 is the correct credit back amount.
