Le studio se trouve juste en face de l'entrée principale du SM Southmall: pratique pour aller manger, faire ses courses, aller au cinéma. Pour entrer, il faut montrer une autorisation (avec le code de la porte), envoyée par mail. L'annexe en question n'étant pas attachée au mail, j'ai eu un peu de difficulté à entrer dans l'immeuble, le gardien se montrant intraitable. Mais les gérants du studio ont été très réactifs et j'ai pu entrer au bout de 10 ou 15 minutes. A l'intérieur, on ne peut imaginer plus d'équipements en un si petit espace. Sans l'avoir essayée, la cuisine a l'air tout à fait fonctionnelle et il y a tous les ustensiles. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement, ainsi que la TV (avec Netflix). La vue sur la ville est superbe. Le lit est confortable. L'ambiance était calme, même si l'insonorisation n'est pas top. Un des meilleurs rapports qualité-prix que j'ai rencontrés.

They insisted that we used 2 towels when we did not. They should have not put 2 sets of towels and should have warned that we cannot touch both of them. Touching them is NOT using them. We just put them aside since they were on top of the bed. They should be specific on which ones we are to use and which one we cannot. It seems they want us to use the brown towels but we prefer the white towels.

Better communications with what things are available to touch and not touch in the room. Very disappointing experience. We have been travelling around the world and this is the first time we had issues like this.
