Relaxing Studio 12

To start with the positive: clean room, enough storage space, new fridge and microwave, abundant hot water. Host made a good effort to make my late check-in easy (but initially gave me the wrong room number, which required another fone call to clarify what my correct room number was). There was ample cutlery and plates (though no detergent or towel to clean the dishes in the sink).

The room provides all the basics to stay there overnight, but does not really offer much space for 'relaxing': e.g. no comfortable chair. Also, the pictures may not provide a realistic view of the outlook: door and windows are looking at an outdoor staircase, with no privacy if curtains are open, and other guests walking by in front. Unfortunately, the host did not call back after a short call, in which I mentioned some short-comings, such as a very noisy fan in the bathroom, no hooks for the towel to dry, nothing to wash and dry dishes, bathroom door not closing properly. On two evenings, there was quite some loud conversations going on outside, until after midnight, mostly on the weekend. I found it somewhat expensive for the quality of the room and the location.
