Mökin paikka mahtava. Meri sopivan lähellä. Sauna hieno, melkein ylellinen. Oleskelu- ja makuuhuonetilan kamiina riittävän tehokas pitämään tilan lämpimänä.
Jonkinlainen vesipiste ulko-WC:ssä olisi paikallaan. Mökin edustalla (ei meren puolella) paljon rakennusaikaista (ilmeisesti) puutavaraa sekalaisissa, epäsiisteissä pinoissa paikalla, johon siivottuna saisi vaikka mukavamman paikan autolle. Keittiö- ja ruokailutilan lämmityksen puute ei ehkä suosi kovin viileillä keleillä oleskelua.
