Bardzo miły personel, korzystna lokalizacja przy głównej ulicy, dużo przestrzeni na terenie ośrodka, dostępny parking, dużo udogodnień w pokoju.
Niestety przejeżdżające samochody ul. Kołobrzeską generują duży hałas.

Przepiękny nowy apartament. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w centrum, ale cicho. Bezpieczny parking. Bardzo czysto, widać, że właścicielka dba o każdy szczegół.

Die Ausstattung des Studios ist sehr modern und angenehm. Die Lage istr günstig zum Strand oder zum Zentrum. Der Hausmeister dort, ist sehr hilfsbereit!
Was wirklich einem erholsamen Urlaub entgegen steht, ist die Lage zur viel und früh befahrenen Straße nach Kolberg und die Tatsache, dass man bei Beginn der Ferien doch einigen Lärm durch das dort ebenfalls, direkt angrenzende Ferienlager(selbes Gebäude)inklusive herabfallenden Spraydosen, Wasserflaschen von Balkonseite her erlebt. Unsere Dusche lief nur minimal ab, es wäre sinnvoll die Abflüsse zu kontrollieren. Bei bisherigen Urlauben fanden wir stets etwas Strandzubehör in den Appartements, Windschutz, ect. vor....das wäre vllt. auch ein positiver Aspekt.
