Wszystko było ok. Jak właściciel zainstaluje klimatyzację, to będzie znakomicie. Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić.
Hałas na budowie obok, ale to się wkrótce skończy.

Bardzo przyjazny kontakt, bezproblemowe zameldowanie, miłym akcentem jest pralka w obiekcie pomimo, że nie korzystaliśmy. Duży plus za dobrej jakości kosmetyki pod prysznicem. Doskonała lokalizacja pozwalająca na rekreację i wypoczynek w Beskidzie Żywieckim i Małym, w niedalekiej odległosci sklep, bardzo blisko do jeziora. W zasadzie niczego nam nie brakowało, poza wspomnianym widokiem z okien, przez co w apartamencie było trochę ciemno.
Brak informacji, że na przeciwko balkonu jest nowo wybudowany budynek osiedla, zdjęcia pokoju w ofercie wskazywały na widok bez budynku.
