The place is as described. Great safe location. You are able to park a car in garage which is amazing! Hosts were great and Dan is amazing and helpful. Fits two comfortably. Definitely recommend for a stay in Omaha!

We enjoyed staying at this property. A few light bulbs need changed and we agree with a previous review that the mattress could use an upgrade (and another coffee cup). The stairs and kitchen rugs could use a deeper cleaning but they weren’t awful. The rest of the apartment was very clean and well-kept! Overall it was everything we needed and great for the price!
This was the first time in all of our bookings to work with a management company who required a lease agreement rather than directly with the owner. It was different but worked out fine. The management company was easy to contact and they helped us out right away when we were trying to gain entry.
The location was our favorite feature! It’s a beautiful neighborhood and was super close to anything we needed. It was an adequate space for the 3 of us.
