Welcome to our house nestled in the heart of the wild nature of the Cotentin, a stone's throw from the vast sandy beaches and unspoilt dunes of Surtainville.
Where the sea wind caresses the oyats, our house offers you a peaceful refuge between land and sea, ideal for a rejuvenating holiday as a couple, with family or friends.PGJyPg
The house:
Fully equipped and decorated with care, the house combines modern comfort with the authenticity of a natural setting. You will find:
• 4 cosy bedrooms equipped with double beds (including a master suite with shower and toilet on the first floor), beds made and towels provided.
• a kitchen open to a bright living room,
• a sunny terrace overlooking the garden and a balcony terrace with a view of the dunes will allow you to fully enjoy your moments with friends or family.
• an enclosed garden, ideal for children or naps in the shade.
• for your greatest comfort the house is equipped with electric shutters, fiber and Wifi.
For the safety of the home and the occupants, a camera monitors the entrance to the garden: from a gate to the front door.
The environment:
Only 200 m from the beach, discover the coast of harbours, hiking trails, or let yourself be carried away by the simple beauty of the sunset over the emerald sea.
