Nima Bay is an iconic property located in Marina Vallarta. This complex has the location and amenities of 5-Star living: a full-service Fitness Center with spinning studio, a full service Spa, entertainment center with 2 billiard tables, as well as two swimming pools and three Jacuzzi's. It is located adjacent to the Marina boardwalk, with a variety of restaurants, shopping, Starbucks, and golf nearby.
This spacious 1700 square foot 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom private residence offers top-of-the-line features: Granite kitchen counter tops, Hand-crafted Italian cabinetry, Floor-to-ceiling tempered glass windows, and Porcelain flooring. The master bedroom has a king size bed and full bathroom with a balcony facing the Marina Vallarta Golf Club. The second room has 2 Single beds and a bathroom with a patio overlooking the golf course. The living room opens onto a large terrace with amazing views of the marina and mountains.
We are currently updating all of the furniture, beds, utensils, etc in the condo and will add new pictures soon with all the upgrades.
There is two underground parking spots available (tandom spot) for guests to use. The neighbourhood has a Starbucks nearby as well as several well known restaurants withing walking distance. The building is extremely secure with card access required for all areas as well as 24/7 security on duty.
This property offers a unique lifestyle experience, the perfect place for relaxation and leisure, with top amenities like Gym, Sun Terrace with lounge bar, beautiful pool areas and more.
Restaurants, shopping, and stores are all walking distance. 10 minute cab ride downtown and to the airport.

The condo is fantastic with views of the mountains and the marina. The furniture and beds were comfortable as well. It's conveniently located next to the stem cell clinic where my mother went for treatment. Lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Thanks again for having us!

Absolutely beautiful property in walking distance to many shops, restaurants and bars. Condo is beautiful and comfortable. Very clean. Property managers are the best. Would stay again. Thank you for a great vacation.

Monica space is amazing! She made our stay such an incredible experience! I’ll be back for sure and highly recommend. She had filter water and everything you need in the kitchen and baths! Beautiful decor! Best couch as well! Thank you gor making my birthday a wonderful week!
