In refreshing beach-oriented hues of soft seaglass blue and cream, the living room features wood flooring, a sleeper sofa, additional comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and Blu-ray. Sliding glass doors access the pebbled patio with a lovely golf view of Pete Dye’s championship Heron Point amid palmettos and moss-draped oaks.
With an open floor plan, the dining room features an expansive table for six, plus ceiling fan and, again, sliding glass door access to the back patio. Counter seating for three connects the dining area to the kitchen.
