Apartment was clean. The only downfall is the road noise at night. Otherwise we had a nice relaxing stay.

Space was beautifully renovated! Unfortunately listing didn't mention second floor, no elevator, with 21 nearly vertical stairs. Sorry, but property fronts on to a very busy street near a city bus stop. Loud all night long. Easy to drive anywhere in Duluth, but not much within a 1 mile walk. Bike path nearby. Wish I had more good to say because it was so nicely renovated and looked just like the pictures.
