With furnishings reminiscent of a New England beach cottage, the living room is delightfully outfitted with sea-shades of green and blue, offset by pleasing neutrals. A sleeper sofa, TV and DVD are offered, as is patio access through sliding glass doors.
Surrounded by ancient oaks, the on-site swimming pool is literally just a few steps from the patio. Also viewing the pool, the dining area seats six, and continues the beach motif as well.
Solid surface countertops and stone flooring are found in the fully-appointed kitchen with nearby washer and dryer. There is a downstairs half-bath as well.
