This Harbour Town-oriented three-level townhome is at once elegant, yet light and airy. A stone foyer leads into the living room, awash in relaxing hues of seafoam green with a palm motif. An armoire houses a TV, DVR, DVD and stereo; and there’s a sofa plus a downstairs half-bath.
Sliding glass doors access the back patio from both the living room as well as dining room, which seats eight elegantly at its plantation-style table. A pass-through window is open to the kitchen.
Fully appointed in soothingly pale hues, the kitchen features every major appliance and, for added convenience, there are a full-size washer and dryer nearby.
On the second level is the restful master bedroom in a soft color scheme, featuring a king-sized bed, TV and private bath including spacious vanity with scalloped sink and tub/shower.
