Escape to the mountains and relax in this charming stand-alone cabin nestled in the heart of Brian Head! With spacious interiors, rustic charm, and modern comforts, this 3-bedroom retreat is perfect for families or small groups looking to enjoy mountain life year-round.
Sleeping Arrangements
- Loft: Queen bed, futon, full bath, and two TVs – perfect for lounging or streaming after a day on the slopes.
- Main Floor: One bedroom with a queen bed, and a second bedroom with a twin bed and twin-over-twin bunk.
- Basement: Cozy sleeper sofa for extra guests.

The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay—from cooking essentials to mugs for your morning coffee. Wood floors run throughout the home, and large windows in the main living space frame scenic views of the mountains

Join us for an unforgettable kickoff with tubing, skiing, snowboarding, and even the unique experience of skiing alongside a Dixie National Forest Park Ranger. Enjoy special events, prize giveaways, and freshly groomed runs ready for your first turns of the season. The mountains are calling — don’t miss it!
Damage Waiver: SkyRun includes a property damage protection waiver of $59 on each reservation, this may be included under the 'Cleaning Fee' or 'Host Fee' on some OTAs. The damage waiver covers damage to the property up to $1,500 so long as the damage is accidental and reported to SkyRun prior to your departure. It does not cover damage that is willful, the result of negligence, or damage caused by the misuse of household items. It also doesn't cover unreported damage. SkyRun doesn't charge our guests a refundable damage deposit in lieu of the waiver. Unlike a refundable damage deposit, the damage protection waiver is non-refundable.

The only main problem about our stay was neither me or any of my companions were able to sleep comfortably in the beds. I don't know about others visitors but for that reason alone we will not be booking again. But the cabin itself is beautiful and my favorite part was soaking in the tubs and sitting on the patio watching the hummingbirds. Very worth it if you're not bed sensitive.

We had two families staying at the house and enjoyed our week together! The layout is different so as long as you are creative with sleeping spaces, there is plenty of room. The house is close to Brianhead resort and made getting there and home each day easy. Kids enjoyed the space and foosball table when taking breaks from the snow. Response time and help with any issues was quick. Thank you!

Great space with a ton of room to spread out. Driveway is a bit tricky to get in when it is slick but manageable. Biggest concern is no TV in main room. If you have a big group and want to watch the game while cooking etc you cannot do it. Location to skiing is great as well.
