Discover the perfect island escape in this beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the heart of Fripp Island. Situated along the tranquil canal with expansive marsh views, this open-concept villa offers relaxed coastal living with all the comforts of home.
Walk up eight stairs to the entryway. The spacious living area flows seamlessly into the dining space and modern kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances and everything you need for easy entertaining. Step out onto the screened porch off the living room to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails at the bistro table, while soaking in the sights and sounds of nature. A park-style grill is just steps away, perfect for casual cookouts.
The king primary suite includes a private en suite bath with a walk-in shower for added luxury. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and convenient access to a full hall bath. A dedicated coffee bar between the bedrooms makes mornings a breeze, and the in-unit laundry adds extra convenience for extended stays.

Also included in your rental are up to 4 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was exactly as described in the listing. We loved spending mornings and evenings on the screened in deck relaxing and watching nature. The location was perfect and close to the ocean, pools, and the pickleball courts.This was our first visit to Fripp and I am certain we will return. Thank you for your hospitality!

The condo was great but We really enjoyed the location of the property. The dock was just outside our unit where my son fished and we met some of the local deer population. Right across the street was the Beach Club which had access to the beach among other amenities we certainly took advantage of. We would absolutely stay here again. The condo had everything my family needed for our visit.

The condo has been recently updated and was spotless and had everything we needed to launch our stay. The view was very nice and the location smack dab in the middle of the island made it easy to get anywhere....we did not rent a golf cart but instead walked or biked pretty much anywhere. There is beach access right across the street. Wont be our last trip to Fripp!
