• 400m walk to Tea Tree Plaza Shopping Centre, one of Adelaide’s largest malls with shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

• Just a short walk to the O-Bahn Interchange, taking you to the city in only 15 minutes!

🏡The House:
You would have a self-contained living area with basic pantry supplies (kettle, toaster, water dispenser).

This is large home where there's a front section consist of 2 rooms (one of which where you'd be staying), with a private living area.

The back section is a roaming house setup with 4 other bedrooms with garage, kitchen, living area and laundry. You can gain access to these areas upon request. You would see other housemates going through the separate entry, but generally they are easy-going working professionals.

The separate bedroom has the option to use the private ensuite bathroom or the shared bathroom and toilet.
