Located beside a green dike where deer often appear at sunrise, this villa offers a rare blend of comfort, tranquility, and privacy – ideal for families, groups of friends, or remote workers seeking inspiration and rest.

From the first and second floors, enjoy sweeping views across the resort and the nearby landscape. On the top floor, you'll find a double bedroom with a private balcony and a separate workspace with an inspiring view – ideal for remote work or quiet reflection.

The main living floor features a luxury kitchen with Bora induction system, combi oven, warming plate, large refrigerator, separate freezer (3 drawers), Nespresso machine with milk frother, and dishwasher. The spacious 10-person dining table flows into a cozy living area with smart TV. Multiple terraces (east, south, and west facing) are furnished with lounge seating and an outdoor dining set, perfect for any time of day. French doors blur the line between inside and outside. This floor also includes a double bedroom.
