Welcome to the heartbeat of Mississauga. Walking distance to Square one Shopping Centre, City Hall, Living Arts Centre, Sheridan College, Restaurants, social amenities, and many more. Easy access to 403, 401 and 407 high ways which is less than 15 minutes to Pearson International Airports, 30 Minutes to Downtown Toronto, an hour away from Niagara Falls, etc. Go Transit Station is only 5mins away with Bus terminals of a 1-2minutes walk.
This suite is well designed and the place is fully furnished with luxurious style to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The higher floor balcony offers a clear view of the lake
Your kitchen is well equipped with all necessary utensils, pots, and pans so you go to the close-by grocery store and cook yourself a fresh meal.
There are 2 Beds and a Sofa Bed that can accommodate a young adult. When tired the luxury King size bed and mattress in one of the bedrooms will recharge your energy so you get the most out of your time. The other bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed.
Morning coffee is on us. With a coffee machine on site, no matter what time of the day it is, your coffee needs are taken care of.
High-speed internet and smart TV provided.
You have a free secured underground parking spot available on-site with your stay.
* Shared Amenities, for now, are not available until further notice.
*Add-Ons: Early check-in and bag drop off are available anytime after 2PM for a $40 fee, and the same with a late check-out until 1PM, for a $40 fee (Subject to availability).
There is also a $40 fee if you need to check-in after 11PM, as one of our team will have to meet you to hand over the keys. We will be as flexible as possible but any check-in after 11PM is considered outside of our check-in window - we hope you understand!

As per Security/Anti Fraud measures, all guests must provide us a selfie with one Government Identification 24 hours prior to check-in. In addition, due to insurance and liability reasons, we can only release the keys to the main reservation holder upon arrival. Third-party reservations are strictly forbidden unless mentioned at the time of booking or booking is made for an employee by the employer. Thank you.
1. Absolutely no parties or gatherings of any kind. All additional people must be approved prior to visiting.
This is a residential condo and no excessive noise is permitted in the building. Security will come and remove you from the unit if any social gathering is scheduled. Your booking fees will not be refunded and all your security deposits will not be returned. ****DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM FOR ANY SOCIAL GATHERING OR PARTY. There will be surveillance cameras right outside the unit. We will know if any social gathering is booked. (Fine $500)****
2. Absolutely no smoking inside under any circumstances. Smoking of any kind inside the unit will incur extra $300 cleaning fees. The penalty for a false alarm is up to $10,000.- by the Toronto Fire Department and we will comply with them and give your details. Cigarette butt damage on the hardwood floor will incur a minimum $1000 penalty.*
3. No loud music or noise that would disturb the neighbors • Quiet hours are between 10 pm-8 am.
4. Any kind of business activity is strictly NOT permitted on the premises
5. Do not use any towels to remove makeup. Any stained towels will be charged to you after your stay.
6. Not following these rules could result in eviction without any refund.
7. Never speak with security/concierge, any problems we will take care of you.
8. No yelling in the hallways or excessive noise inside the unit.
9. ****Check-out time is strictly before 11 AM, Please leave the key in the kitchen top drawer and the door “Closed” and unlocked.
