Sleeps up to 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. Includes a desk and monitor—great for those needing a workspace.
The space provides everything someone would need for day to day living. It includes:
* Workspace with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse
* Fully fitted kitchen with cooking and dining supplies
* Smart Roku TV: Bring your own password to use your favorite streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and more)
* In-Unit laundry
* Free Street Parking: Plenty of free spots and often directly across from the units entrance

Parking was easy, directions were so simple. We had a GREAT time!! This place is so cute. Decorated so well. The beds are very comfy and plenty of sunlight comes into the room. Very obvious this place was spruced up recently because it feels very modern and lovely.

It was a great experience! Very nice and clean place. Advertised exactly as seen. Parking was very easy and the location was great. Overall, would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay in Evanston, just outside of the city. The area was peaceful, the home was clean and well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. Since we don’t wear shoes in our home we appreciated that as well. We would definitely stay here again.
