About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned house with a jacuzzi for rent in the town of Labège, just 300 metres from the Canal du Midi. It has a floor area of 90 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, and a garden of around 500 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 35 m² living room with a TV, sofas, etc.
- A dining room
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a double sofa bed
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A hot tub available from April to October for 4 people
- A beautiful, enclosed garden of 500 m²
- Three terraces measuring 18 m², 35 m² and 5 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days, a table tennis table, a trampoline and darts…
The house is ideally situated in Labège, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park, which can accommodate up to 4 cars.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Toulouse railway station, approximately 23 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac Airport, approximately 26 minutes’ drive away
Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels included
- The hot tub is available for an additional charge of €10 per stay.
- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions
- Free Wi-Fi available
- Pets allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay (only one pet permitted); please specify this when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the stated times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
