Welcome to our newer construction 4,000sf home in the picturesque Indian Mountain Lakes Community of the Pocono Mountains. The space is great for family and friends to enjoy all of the surrounding activities in the Pocono Mountains or for a quiet escape in the mountains.

All of our guests get FREE access to the community's private amenities.

Community Rules:
In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests at least 2 business days before check-in. If we don't have this information 3 business days prior to your stay there is a $115 late fee.

By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their use of the bunk bed, pool, hot tub, and sauna. Guests agree to use these amenities at their own risk and release the host from any liability for injuries, accidents, or other incidents that may occur. The host shall not be held responsible for any harm resulting from the use or misuse of these facilities. Children are not allowed in the pool, hot tub or sauna without adult supervision. Use of the hot tub and sauna is restricted to guests aged 6 and older and must be accompanied by adult supervision.
