Discover this enchanting 2-bedroom gem in Cottondale. This mobile home offers a cozy living room with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. With 1 queen bed and 1 full bed, guests will have a restful night's sleep. The property also features 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub for a soothing soak. Complete with a washing machine and AC, this excellent retreat has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.
We are an actual working farm! We have dairy cows, dairy goats, chickens, ducks, geese, guinea fowl, turkeys, peacocks, quail and pigs! We also have the very best working livestock guardian dogs! Ivan, Ragna, Fraya and Revina. They protect all of our animals and our guests! Unfortunately we do not allow dogs as our livestock guardian dogs do not like other dogs
You are allowed to help milk/watch us milk all the animals, you can even help feed the farm
We are conveniently located between Falling Waters State Park and Florida Caverns State Park.
We are 6 miles off interstate 10 and only 45 minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches!

This was a perfect location for relaxing and playing. There were several things to do in the area. You can watch the cows and goats be milked on the property, or explore the area to tube/kayak down the Chipola river, hike, explore caves at the caverns state park, swim in the several springs, shop. We really enjoyed all of the animals the host had. Cows, goats, pigs, ducks, chickens, peacocks, and the sweetest farm dogs that will likely visit you throughout your stay. The home was larger than expected. We will definitely be booking again.

This was a great overnight stop for our family. The property was larger 5)/‘ I was expecting. The bedrooms were nice, and my two young children slept great on the pull out sofa. They enjoyed walking around seeing the animals, and watching the cows fet milked before bed. We would definitely stay again.

Overall very nice trailer house for our family to relax in after busy days. Had a decent amount of kitchen utensils to cook food there. They do only have a dvd player if you watch tv and just a few selections of dvds. My son was able to help milk the goats almost everyday which was a great experience. Lots of farm animals around which was very neat. My favorite was the peacock! House was located right in middle of all the places we needed to go, which made our day trips easier. Do recommend lots of bug spray they are bad. Very good experience and definitely would go again!
