About this apartment rental
Come stay at this apartment connected to our residence, but with its own private space and entrance. We are located on 6 private acres with easy access from the interstate, and we are only 5 miles from the University of Florida and downtown Gainesville. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including a coffee shop and a playground within walking distance.
There is a short trail on the property and many serene spots to enjoy nature.
There is a dedicated work space and television with Firestick available. Of note, internet can be spotty.
The apartment does not have a full kitchen but space is equipped with a fridge, coffee maker and coffee, microwave and toaster.
One queen bed, but additional floor mattress available with linens upon request.
Pack and play and other kid items available upon request. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate within our means.

Susan was thorough, friendly and helpful in her communication. The queen bed was very comfortable, and she went out of her way to accommodate my family of four by also preparing a floor bed and providing linens and a blowup mattress if needed. The property is larger in person than the photos make it seem. The local coffee she provided was a fun taste of the area. I wish we’d had extra time to explore the trails on the property - Next time!
