Via a convenient external staircase through a small door with lock you access the sleeping area consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe. A small but functional bathroom with a window completes the first floor. Via a spiral staircase you access the second mezzanine bedroom, equipped with a double bed and a single bed that offers a fifth bed if necessary, a small additional wardrobe allows for additional storage. The sleeping area is served by an air conditioning unit that offers relief from the summer heat to both environments. A few steps from the property there is a private shaded space where it is possible to park up to two cars. Its elevated position and relative distance from the summer chaos offers the possibility of enjoying peace and tranquility while being very close to the most famous beaches in the area, Fetovaia, Seccheto, Cavoli. Those who enjoy tracking routes and nature walks can find paths suitable for beginners or for the more experienced right outside the door.
