This inviting home offers great amenities, a location that is very close to downtown, heated pool, directly on Aspen Mountain. You will feel so relaxed and comfortable in this welcoming space. Literally on the slopes of Aspen Mtn!! Shadow Mtn. Condos are an integral staple of Aspen's ski in/ ski out accommodations. Very, very few places in Aspen can you truly ski to and from your unit with ease. Mark this as the most incredible two bedroom condo in Aspen.
Recently remodeled exterior of the complex ( completed 2025 ) featuring a brand new slope side pool, an outdoor dining area with a communal stainless steel BBQ grill.
Parking on site just steps to your unit. This property has a tram to bring luggage and groceries up and down, but no elevators.

In the winter, the Shadow Mountain Lift is right next to the property and just blocks away you will find Aspen's numerous shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. However, as the property is tucked up against the mountain it is a quiet and peaceful retreat. Take advantage of the on-call free Downtowner Shuttle to get you anywhere you need to go in the Aspen Core!
Any time of year this condo is a great choice when coming to visit the Aspen Snowmass area. It is ideal for a small family or a few friends traveling together. After a hot cup of coffee and a hearty breakfast, stroll just a few feet to the hiking trail or the snow to ride the Shadow Mountain Lift (Lift 1-A) up to start your day. At the end of your day, or for a quick lunch stop, you can store your skis right outside the front door and the entry has plenty of space for boots and coats. The seasonal outdoor heated pool is so comforting after a long day experiencing all that Aspen Snowmass has to offer. In the winter the pool temperature will be maintained at or around 102 degrees and in the summer at or around 85 degrees. The pool is closed in spring and fall.
Complimentary parking for one vehicle in the on-site lot. Additional vehicles will need to be parked off-site.

This is a beautiful location, stellar view, excellent living space and really well-appointed kitchen. It sits high enough for spectacular view, but a very nice walk to dinners, cocktails, and fun.We loved our Christmas in Aspen! Thank you!

This Condo was perfect. The check in process was seamless. The owner has a binder that simplifies all the various operations of the condo (i.e. fireplace, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). The condo was clean and appeared exactly as in the photos. The location is exceptional and is just steps away from the ski lift. The condo is also about a 10 minute walk from the village. The owner checked in every day with us to ensure that everything was ok. This condo will be my first choice in Aspen in the future.
