Extras include a steam shower, full laundry, dock, and beautiful landscaping. The community has access to clay tennis courts and a playground. Peaceful, private, and packed with charm—just bring your favorite people and settle in.
No parties! Quiet hours begin at 8pm. Please be mindful of speed when driving on the road as the speed limit is 5 MPH and there are lots of walkers, joggers, and bikers.

Stunning view, beautiful house - not a usual rental. This is a home put together by someone who loves it and enjoys it when not renting it out. The kitchen is fully equipped, way beyond the basics. We enjoyed kayaking and swimming in the lake, watching gorgeous sunsets on rocking chairs, hanging out in the house’s lovely shared spaces or reading in one of multiple comfortable corners. Highly recommend!!
