Just a quick note that our landscapers visit the property every Monday and Thursday morning to maintain the outdoor areas. They do their best to work efficiently and with minimal disruption.
We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our wonderful community, considerate of fellow guests, and to treat the property as if it were your own home.
Minimum Age Requirement:
To help ensure a safe and respectful experience for all guests and neighbors, the primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old and be present and residing at the property for the duration of the stay.

Trash Policy:
You are not required to take out the trash or recycling during your stay—our team will handle it after checkout. However, if you prefer to dispose of it before you leave, feel free to use the designated bins outside.

Excellent stay, the property is on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the parking lot and facing some beautiful properties up the hill. It's a well stocked and very well maintained apartment. An absolutely serene common area was just across the parking lot - not far from the apartment building. The owner has done an excellent job with creating a little Bali oasis on the edge of Summerland. Natty was responsive to our concerns. We hope to stay again some time soon!

The host was awesome to work with and very accomodating. The place was gorgeous and was located right across the ocean. It was such a nice and relaxing stay. I will definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous time at this condo. It’s quiet, crystal clean, close to a park, around the corner from shops and restaurants, and beautifully decorated. The grounds are beyond gorgeous, and the host was very responsive and kind.

Truly assumed the pictures were cropped or edited and that what was promised couldn’t be true. Thankfully, completely wrong. A beautiful apartment next to the ocean and retreats. The host is responsive and the goodies appreciated. I can’t recommend enough, though I’m a prematurely sad that available dates will be in short supply once more people experience this hidden gem.
