The house features a lovely private outdoor space, carefully designed for comfort and intimacy – ideal for warm summer evenings. You'll find a fire pit to extend your evenings under the stars, a cozy outdoor lounge for relaxation, and a large table for al fresco dining. Access to the property is through a secure electric gate, and a private parking space awaits you just outside the house for added convenience.
Inside, the ground floor opens to a bright and inviting living area, including a warm lounge with a beautiful fireplace – perfect for cooler evenings – and a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, and quality tableware. Everything you need to cook and feel at home. A dining nook allows you to enjoy meals in a convivial atmosphere.
Upstairs, three tastefully decorated bedrooms await. The master suite is a true invitation to unwind, featuring a freestanding bathtub, refined decor, and a calming ambiance. The two other bedrooms, also bright and stylishly furnished, include plenty of storage and all the necessary comforts. A modern bathroom with walk-in shower completes the floor for added convenience.
The entrance to the house is through a charming glassed-in veranda in the style of a vintage workshop, setting the tone for the entire stay: here, everything is about charm, elegance, and character. Materials have been carefully selected, spaces are harmonious, and every detail has been designed to create a unique and memorable stay.
