Welcome to Canal Breeze! Freshly renovated in 2035! You will be in paradise in every space this home offers. Waterfront canal, private dock, swimming pool, hot tub, and exciting attractions nearby! Conveniently located between Rockport and Port Aransas. Head to the beach nearby or relax the day away by the private swimming pool and waterfront dock. A quick trip down the canal and you will find your boat on the Intercoastal Waterway with some wonderful fishing. HEB is a short drive away for all your grocery needs! The adventure begins!
2 story bedroom home with 3 bedroom upstairs and 1 living area/bedroom downstairs. 2 full bathrooms upstairs and 1 full bathroom downstairs. Open floor concept to living room! Smart TV's throughout the house. Upstairs patio to enjoy the ocean breeze with your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage! Come ready to relax!
Second Floor:
1 bedroom with King bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed and 3rd bedroom with bunk beds and a pull out trundle bed.
First Floor:
Living area downstairs with a pull out sofa bed and a murphey bed. Kitchenette downstairs with microwave and coffee bar!
Outdoor Area:
Private swimming pool and hot tub! Fish cleaning station equipped with lights and plenty of room to dock your boat! Kayak and paddle board for your enjoyment! Large parking area for multiple cars, boat trailer, golf cart etc.
House provides bikes, corn hole, beach chairs, wagon, beach toys, and life jackets for you to use!
Property next door (116 Port Royal) is under same management- perfect opportunity to rent both for a large family or friend retreat! Please message host if interested!
We do not allow month long stays during peak season (May-September). Renters must a minimum age of 23 years old.
There is a $500 fine if pet is not cleaned up after in the yard. There will will also be a $500 fine if pet hair is in the pool and has to cleaned out of skimmer.

This was such a beautiful home! My family and I were very impressed by the set up and the decor. The host was super accommodating and very responsive. This was my first booking on VRBO and look forward to future stays at this location!!
