This brand-new 2-bedroom villa with a private pool is located in the desirable Bophut area, within walking distance of Fisherman’s Village. Explore its vibrant night market, bars, and restaurants, then retreat to your peaceful oasis. Both bedrooms offer direct views of the tropical garden and pool, and each comes with air conditioning and premium bedding for a restful night’s sleep.
The best sandy beaches of Samui are just minutes away, and the nearest supermarket is only a 3-minute scooter ride. Whether you`re looking for relaxation or adventure, this is the perfect base for your island holiday. Koh Samui Airport is 9 km away, and Nathon Pier ferry terminal is just 15 km from the villa.
Check-in/Check-out Times: Our standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please let us know in advance if you need flexibility around these times, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on our booking schedule.
House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to our house rules, which include no smoking in the villa, no pets, and respecting quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and once every 4 days during your stay (for stays of min 1 week). Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. Pool and garden maintenance will be performed regularly to ensure they are in pristine condition for your enjoyment.
Utilities: Please note that electricity is charged separately based on your usage at the rate of 8 Baht per unit. This is common in Koh Samui to encourage energy conservation. However, water is included in your stay.
Security Deposit: A refundable cash deposit of 5.000 (five thousand) Baht will be collected upon check-in. This deposit covers any potential damages or extra cleaning fees and will be fully refunded at check-out.

This villa is beautiful! Having the private pool was perfect for our daughters and it was so convenient to have the Lek Restaurant right on site. We had a delicious breakfast delivered each morning. Based on the location, we thought that we would need a car but we only drove ourselves a few times. A Grab down to Fisherman's village was very inexpensive and took only 6 minutes. We definitely didn't need the car rental. We loved the outdoor showers and baths and having 2 separate buildings made it very peaceful and spacious. Everything was wonderful and it's so quiet and relaxing here. We're so happy we stayed here and off the main strip with lots of traffic: it would have been much too noisy. Thank you for a wonderful villa stay!
