Great Location! Enjoy your stay at the Landpark Loft Escape and enjoy a peaceful and centrally-located stay in the heart of Sacramento. There is a variety of local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and shopping all within walking distance. Local favorites such as Taylor's Market, Chocolate Fish Coffee, Marie's Donuts and Freeport Bakery.
The space is a large upstairs studio loft, which includes a spacious queen size bed, a dresser and nightstands with USB ports to charge your devices. The space also includes a full sized kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and dining table. The loft has AC and heat, fast wi-fi and a tv for you to enjoy and lounge. Space also includes a workspace desk with a great view of the neighborhood.
You will have full access to the upstairs studio loft.
There is a shared entry gate on the sidewalk next to garage structure. Guests will be provided 24/hr keyless entry with a secure pin code provided prior to check-in.
Free street parking is available in front of Loft.
Loft is located upstairs above host family's detached garage. Host family will access the lower garage space. Guests may hear other downstairs, opening/closing of the garage door etc. Host family actively uses the backyard space, by hosting friends and family for get-togethers on regular basis. Hosts will respect quiet hours as expected of guests.
For guests staying longer than one week, there is a washer and dryer inside the Loft that we can make available upon advance request.
We try our best to accommodate guests needs during their stay, but please be mindful that during longer stays we do not provide unlimited restocking of the basics. If you will need replacement or additional basics, we ask that you come prepared or feel free to have things delivered through the side gate entry.
