About this apartment rental

Beautiful, well-located apartment in one of the best areas of Surco, on Av. El Polo. Just steps away from the shopping center, the Boulevard, a Cineplanet, the U.S. Embassy, clinics, restaurants, banks, etc.
Located within a beautiful, private, and very secure condominium complex.
5 minutes from Jockey Plaza, close to Vivanda and the Caminos del Inca shopping center.
The apartment is very cozy and well-equipped
and features covered parking within the condominium.
The space
My space is located in a very secure condominium with a security camera system, spacious green areas, a playground, and a small gym. It’s on the 4th floor with 2 elevators.
It consists of:
3 bedrooms with very comfortable beds: a double bed, a queen-size bed, and a 1 1/2-person sofa bed that pulls out into a single bed.
A well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cooking utensils, a microwave, a rice cooker, etc.
Laundry room with a washing machine and a clothesline.
2 full bathrooms with basic amenities (soap, toilet paper, towels).
Covered parking within the condominium complex.
