This luxury, entertainment-packed 3800sqft home in Buda is a peaceful, private retreat just 20–25 mins from Downtown Austin, COTA, UT Stadium, Airport & San Marcos (river floating). Enjoy a private pool, epic game room, expansive private backyard, massive 85" TV home theater system, full gym, gourmet kitchen w/ high end appliances, coffee bar & fire pit. Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms + premium pull-out couch. Quiet, very private, perfect for family stays, executive escapes, girls' weekends, or romantic getaways.
4 BEDROOMS
Master Suite: Luxury King bed w/ memory foam topper, dresser, reading chaise and garden view. Private Italian marble dual-head walk-in shower with bench, his and her vanities. Massive closet with a seated makeup area and full sized mirror.
Guest Room 1: Queen bed / memory foam topper, large computer desk and a spacious closet.
Guest Room 2: King bed w/ memory foam mattress + Twin Trundle (2 twin beds), dresser and walk in closet.
Guest Room 3: King bed w/ memory foam topper and dresser.
ADDITIONAL SLEEPING
Living Room: Queen-size memory foam pull-out sofa bed.
Optional Queen Sized Inflatable Bed.
HOT TUB - EXTRA FEE
Hot tub is working and available for an extra fee of $15/hr, minimum 3 hours, must end by 10pm.

Neighborhood noise ordinance begins at 10 PM.
Security cameras monitor entrance, outdoor areas, gym and game room.
Park in the driveway only—no street parking.
